Refund & Cancellation Policy

India Opinion is a product of Brain Hub. This policy applies to the creator tool, the only paid service offered in India Opinion: a digital software service (SaaS), offered as monthly plans purchased inside the app, that includes AI chat and voice assistant features and converts poll results into shareable images and videos.

Polling is free. Participating in polls and viewing results costs nothing. No payment is ever required for, or linked to, voting or giving an opinion, so there is nothing to refund for polling.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel the creator tool at any time from within the app. After you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed.

2. Eligible refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• the payment failed but your account was charged;
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge); or
• the creator tool service was not delivered or activated after payment.

Other requests are not eligible, as the creator tool is a digital service that is available immediately after purchase.

3. How to request a refund

Email contact@indiaopinion.online with your registered mobile number, the payment date, the amount and the transaction ID.

4. Processing of refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or card issuer.

5. Purchases through Google Play

If you bought the creator tool in the Android app through Google Play Billing, the refund may also be requested through Google Play under Google Play's policies.
