India Opinion lets citizens vote on national, state and constituency issues, explore Parliament and Assembly maps, and discuss them with an AI assistant in 23 Indian languages.

India Opinion is a product of Brain Hub, a UDYAM-registered MSME and a software/IT services enterprise (NIC 62011: Writing, modifying, testing of computer programs). It is an opinion-polling app for Indian citizens. Questions are organised by geography so you can see what people think nationally, in your state and in your constituency.
Vote on questions and public issues at every level, from national policy to local constituency matters.
Browse interactive Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha constituency maps and explore opinion by region.
Ask questions about issues and polls and get neutral, balanced explanations in 23 Indian languages.
Talk to the assistant by voice in your own language: hands-free and accessible.
A Trending tab surfaces news topics people are discussing, linked to related questions.
Share questions and results to X, Facebook and Instagram.
Voting and results are free. An optional paid software service turns poll results into shareable images and videos and adds AI chat and voice features.

No payment can influence any poll, vote or result. Payments apply only to the creator tool, an optional paid software service purchased inside the app.
Optional monthly plans, purchased inside the app. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. Features vary by plan, as listed below.

Polling and viewing results remain free for everyone.
Poll results are opinion surveys of app users, not official election results. The app follows Election Commission of India (ECI) guidelines, and results are hidden during ECI blackout periods as applicable. See our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No passwords and no email sign-up. You sign in with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your WhatsApp.
Data minimisation: we only ask for what is needed to run the service: a verified mobile number (to keep it to one person, one vote), a basic profile, and your votes. Your number is never shown publicly and is never sold. See the Privacy Policy.

India Opinion is designed to comply with Indian election law, IT law and data-protection law. Full documents: Privacy Policy · Terms of Use.
Section 126A, Representation of the People Act, 1951 (exit polls): no person may conduct an exit poll, or publish or publicise its result by print, electronic or any other media, during the period the ECI notifies. For a general election or a set of elections held together, this period runs from the hour fixed for the start of poll in the first phase until half an hour after the hour fixed for the close of poll in the last phase, across all States and Union Territories. Violations are punishable with imprisonment of up to two years, a fine, or both.
Section 126, RP Act, 1951 (48-hour silence period): election matter may not be displayed to the public by television or similar apparatus, including opinion-poll results, during the 48 hours ending with the hour fixed for the conclusion of poll in a polling area. Section 126(1)(b) covers "any election matter", and the ECI treats opinion-poll results as election matter for this purpose.
ECI notifications: before each general election and each round of Assembly elections or bye-elections, the ECI issues a notification under Section 126A(1) and (2) fixing the exact exit-poll blackout dates and times. It also issues press notes and advisories that bar opinion-poll and survey results in electronic media during the Section 126 silence period, and it applies these rules to social media and the internet. We follow the notification in force for each election.
How the app complies: blackout windows are configured from each ECI notification. During a Section 126A exit-poll window, or a Section 126 silence period for the affected constituency or state, or under any other legal restriction, poll results are automatically hidden for the affected questions. Voting may continue, but no tallies, percentages, maps or shareable result cards are shown or published. Results are shown only after the window ends. India Opinion never conducts exit polls: we do not ask how anyone actually voted at a polling station.
Polls on India Opinion are unscientific opinion surveys of app users. Participants are self-selected, and results are not weighted or representative of the population. They are not exit polls, not predictions and not official results. India Opinion is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Election Commission of India, any Central or State Government, or any political party or candidate. For official results, visit results.eci.gov.in.
India Opinion is politically neutral. We do not support or oppose any party, candidate or ideology, and we accept no money from them to promote or suppress any question or result. Questions are worded in a balanced way, and answer options are presented fairly. AI answers are instructed to give balanced, factual information without endorsing anyone.
